Clinical Society Meeting

Interprofessional education (IPE) occurs when two or more professions learn about, from, and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes. Department of Public Health Dentistry, SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital along with SRM College of Physiotherapy conducted Clinical Society meeting on 13th March 2023 at T. P. Ganeshan Auditorium, Mini Hall 1, on the topic “ERGONOMICS FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE”
Presenters were Jayapriyaa G,Intern from the department of Public Health Dentistry SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Sowmiya M, MPT in Biomechanics Assistant Professor from SRM College of Physiotherapy. CSM mainly focused on various musculoskeletal disorders commonly encountered by the dentists and practical demonstration of chairside exercises to overcome the same. Many students and faculty members actively participated.
