SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital conducted a two-day Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program

The Department of Pediatric Dentistry, SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital, conducted a two-day Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program on Pediatric Dentistry from 18th to 19th September 2024. This CDE included talks, workshops, and practical demonstrations by the keynote speakers in the area of dentistry.

The students, faculties, and dental practitioners expressed a lot of interest to the whole event.

The speakers were,

~ Dr. V. S. Hari Haran, M.D.S., FICCDE, Director of Dr. Hari’s Dental Care
~ Dr. P. Vijaya Krishnan, MBBS, DLO, DNB (ENT), Consultant ENT & Head and Neck Surgeon, Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Specialist, Madras ENT Research Foundation

The practical sessions gave participants a feel of the procedures that taught students to strengthen their cognitive skills in Pediatric Dentistry. The two-way (practical & theoretical) study made the session informative to all the participants.

This two-day Continuing Dental Education (CDE) was a phenomenal success in enhancing the legacy of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry that aims to offer continuous education to the students along with practicing dentists.
