SRM Kattankulathur Dental College & Hospital conducts a Dental camp at Little Flower School

The Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, SRM Kattankulathur Dental College & Hospital, carried out a school dental health program at Little Flower School, Guduvanchery on 12th August 2025.

The department’s faculty and postgraduate students conducted dental checkups for the children and explained the importance of early detection of dental issues. A lively demonstration on the right brushing technique was given, along with interactive activities that helped students understand how daily habits affect their oral health. Children also learned practical tips on preventing cavities and protecting their smiles through simple, consistent care.

Teachers and staff of Little Flower School appreciated the initiative, noting how engaging and informative the sessions were for the students. The program highlighted the department’s ongoing commitment to spreading awareness about preventive dental care in the community, especially among school-going children.
