SRM Kattankulathur Dental College & Hospital participates in “Nalam Kakkum Stalin” Free Dental Camp

The Department of Public Health Dentistry, SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital, actively participated in the “Nalam Kakkum Stalin” free dental camp held on 9 August 2025 at Urappakkam. A total of 95 individuals were screened, and 35 patients received treatment at the portable dental care unit set up by the department.

Honourable Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Thiru. Ma. Subramanian, along with the District Collector, visited the camp and appreciated the comprehensive arrangements made for oral health services. Their presence highlighted the importance of community outreach in bridging healthcare access for the public.

SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital has long been committed to advancing oral health beyond the walls of its institution. Through regular outreach programs, rural camps, and preventive initiatives, the college strives to ensure that quality dental care is available to underserved communities.
