Clinical Society Meeting organised by SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital!!

The Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital organised the March 2025 edition of the Clinical Society Meeting, which proved to be an enriching and knowledge-filled session for all attendees.

The event featured an engaging presentation by Dr. Reshma Kishor Kumar, a second-year postgraduate student, who delivered a comprehensive talk on “In-House Aligners: Start to Finish.” Her session offered valuable insights into the step-by-step workflow and clinical applicability of in-house aligner systems, reflecting her in-depth understanding and dedication to the field.

Adding further depth to the meeting was alumni speaker Dr. Akshaya Raj, from the 2016–2019 batch, who presented on “The Invincible – Let’s Make It Clear,” focusing on the clinical efficiency and growing popularity of commercial aligners. Her talk drew from practical experiences and advancements in aligner therapy, offering a broader perspective to budding orthodontists.

The session fostered vibrant academic discussions and showcased the department’s commitment to promoting clinical excellence and continuous learning.
